Refund & Return Policy β Marini SkinSolutions (EU)
At Marini SkinSolutions, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products. This policy complies with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a designated third party, physically receive your order.

2. Return Conditions & Exceptions Due to health protection and hygiene regulations (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products if the seal has been broken after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original, unbroken sealed packaging.

In the exact same condition as received.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
3. Return Procedure To initiate a return:

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Send the item back to us within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@janmarini.es with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will cover the return shipping costs for these items and offer you a choice of:

A full refund, including original shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Opened, unsealed, or used cosmetic and personal care products.

Items not in their original condition or packaging.

Gift cards.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new, separate order.
7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or you provide valid proof of return shipment.
