1. Where We Ship We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders within Spain and the European Union. EU countries included: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
(Note: We do not currently offer shipping outside of the EU, but we plan to expand our international shipping in the future. Stay tuned!)
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain).

Order processing involves verifying payment, quality checking, packing, and handing the order over to the carrier.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Transit Time To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with trusted local and international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Correos. The specific courier is selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Delivery to Spain: Estimated transit time is 2 to 4 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery to the EU: Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weather conditions, customs delays (if applicable), and carrier volumes may occasionally cause unexpected delays.

5. Order Tracking Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the live status of your shipment.
6. Returns and Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marini SkinSolutions purchase. If you need to return an item, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition due to hygiene regulations.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
